Jameel F. Kassam

Graduate From Jacksonville University in Jacksonville Florida with a Bsc in Aviation Management (Airline). Joined Flightlink Ltd in 2013 as a station supervisor‚ worked on his way up to different departments and roles. Now currently the Chief operating officer. A passionate social worker and community volunteer.

John Gwaseko

Eng. John Gwaseko joined Flightlink Ltd. in 2019. He is the Director Quality Services whose functions are vital in keeping the integrity of Flightlink’s AOC in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the industry in general and those of Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority in particular. He’s a seasoned Aviation professional with hands on experience in Airline maintenance and engineering. Has been the Technical Director at various Airlines and management positions at Rwandair in Kigali-Rwanda and Punto Azul Airline in Equatorial Guinea. His cumulative experience in the Airline industry dates back from 1977.

John is registered with Tanzania Engineers Registration Board (ERB). His credentials include being a licensed engineer‚ a graduate in mechanical engineering and a holder of an MBA in Strategic Management from ESAMI & Maastricht School of Managemen

With his vast Aviation Experience and technical leadership‚ he has served as Head of a major airline in Technical Department as Engineering and Planning Manager. His expertise includes aircraft maintenance planning‚ maintenance reliability and structural repairs

Retired ATP license holder with designated TCAA - TRE/TRI Served as Chief Pilot & Safety Manager in various General Aviation Airlines in his career of 50 years. Holder of a Bachelors degree in Economics‚ European History and Military Sciences from The Pakistan Military Academy in KAKUL.

Capt Kintu Newa

Current ATP Pilot with vast experience in the aviation industry‚ Flown Regional Turbo props to Jet Airliners. Former Chief Flight Operations Inspector and held various top-level positions at Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority. Currently flying the ATR72-212 as Senior Captain.

Mujtaba holds Bs. Aero Science and Flight training in Florida‚ USA. Class of 2017. In Early 2022 he received his ICAO Approved TCAA ATPL.

Once fully incorporated as an experienced flight crew member he worked his way up management roles as a Training Captain‚ Training & Standards manager and in Mid 2022 was awarded his current position where he sits on the AOC board as the Chief Pilot
