from the General Conditions of Carriage.

  • The liability of the Company in respect of carriage of passengers is subject to the rules and limitations relating to liability established by the Warsaw Convention as applied in Tanzania and by the complete Terms and Conditions listed on the website, OR

  • The conditions of carriage relating to the limits of liability of the carrier for death or personal injury and in respect of loss of or damage to baggage are subject to the previsions of Montreal Conventions 1999 and to the Tanzania Civil Aviation Carriage by air regulations 2008, O.R.

  • The Company undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger and his baggage with reasonable dispatch, but no particular time is fixed for the Commencement or completion of carriage. Subject thereto, the Company may, without prior notice, substitute, alternate carriers or aircraft and may alter or omit the stopping place previously agreed upon. Times indicated on brochures/Time Table & E-tickets are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • The Company may change or cancel its Schedule flight with reasonable prior notice to the registered clients and their agents.

  • The Company is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any cancellation or delays to its services. Connecting passengers must make sure that their layover to the next flight is minimum 3 hours or more.

  • All Dar Es Salaam based arrivals and departures are at Terminal 2 and not Terminal 1 as in the past.

    Terminal 2, Dar Es Salaam Airport check-in opens 2 hrs before scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes pre scheduled departure. The company reserves the right to depart ahead of scheduled time after closure of its counter.

  • All airports other than Dar Es Salaam (please see above) check in time is 60 min before scheduled flight time, counter closes 30 min before scheduled departure.

    Check in at Dar Es Salaam Airport Terminal 2 opens 2 hrs before scheduled departure and closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure.

    The Company reserves the right to depart ahead of scheduled time after closure of its counter.

  • Bookings with departure dates preceding 1 December 2021 can be amended free of charge.

    Amendments must be requested in writing a minimum of 72hrs prior to the date of travel and must be acknowledged and approved by one of our reservations team members in writing.

    Effective 1 December 2020 there will be no monetary refunds for any cancellation. A voucher will be issued for the full value of the cancelled ticket which can be redeemed for travel anytime within the following 12 month (1 year) period.

  • For issued tickets, a date change fee penalty of USD20 per ticket applies (adult & Child) this must be done at least 48 hrs PRIOR to Departure Date and Time.

  • NO OVERSIZED, HARD SHELL or ALUMINIUM SUITCASE ALLOWED to be checked in due to limitation of aircraft hold space.

    No trolley bags or oversized backpacks allowed as hand luggage due to limited overhead compartment space.

    Only 1pc of (20 kg Max) SOFT luggage is permitted per passenger as checked-in baggage for FREE.

    1pc of Small & Soft bag Max Dimensions: (55 cm × 35 cm × 20 cm) is allowed as hand carry luggage per ticketed passenger.

  • Excess baggage is available based on a nominal fee. Excess baggage is carried at the discretion of the company subject to the availability of space.

  • Over sized passenger above 350lbs MUST buy 2 tickets in order to occupy the entire row of seats due to limitation of seat space.

  • Passenger is considered NO SHOW after the counter is closed and or aircraft departed.

  • Child is considered below 12yrs and Infant is below 2yrs Old.

  • Passenger(s) are required to show their passport or picture ID for identification at the check in counter for checking in.

Onward and returning passengers will be required to reconfirm their bookings 24-48 hours prior to departure. This is due to the fact that the Time Table reflects approximate time only.
