Tanzania is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the world. Tourists love to capture memorable views and moments as photographs to later remind them of the magic and wonders they once experienced. These five tantalizing places in Tanzania are so special that tourists can't resist capturing the moments in their cameras!


  • Arusha

One of the most beautiful and picturesque locations in Tanzania is Arusha. With sufficient sunlight and short rains for most of the year, this gorgeous location is great for photography. Tourists can capture the scenic views of the lush grassland, and Mount Meru, or the range of exotic and beautiful flora and fauna. The region is home to a variety of animals including the Big Five i,e. Lions, leopards, buffaloes, rhinoceros, and elephants, as well as zebras, warthogs, giraffes, and monkeys, and birds such as flamingoes, geese, and woodpeckers. They could also photograph the Momella Lake which has unique algal colors!

  • Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most spectacular locations in Tanzania. Labelled by many as a “photographer’s dream”, this beautiful region allows travellers to take pictures of grassy plains, dark hills, cloudy skies, as well as wild animals such as zebras, gazelles, antelopes, wildebeests, monkeys, elands, lions, hyenas, buffaloes, and elephants etc. The sun allows for the perfect lighting, so the stunning views must be saved in a camera!


  • Zanzibar

The island of Zanzibar is one of the most breathtaking locations in the world. With sandy beaches, crystalline water, swaying palm trees, adequate sunshine, glorious sunsets, colorful corals, and exotic flora and fauna, this tourist spot brings up millions of opportunities for visitors to capture the scenes in their cameras. 


In Stone Town, travelers would like to take pictures of the intricate architecture, narrow streets and colourful, adorned alleyways, and local crafts, with Indian, Arabic, and Swahili influences.

  • Kilimanjaro

Mount Kilimanjaro is another picturesque location in Tanzania, with beautiful views from the height, adequate lighting, sunshine, and cloud cover, lush vegetation, and wildlife! Tourists can photograph the enchanting sunsets, and vivid greenery!



  • Serengeti

The Serengeti is one of the most tantalizing places in Tanzania, where tourists can not resist capturing the views in their cameras! The beautiful views of the vast grasslands are a spectacular sight to behold. Visitors can photograph the Big 5 i.e. lions, buffaloes, rhinoceros, leopards, and elephants, as well as other wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, antelopes, crocodiles, and numerous species of exotic birds! They might also be able to capture the Great Migration of wildebeests. The area offers hot air balloon rides, from where the tourists can capture the scenic landscapes from a unique perspective!
