You don’t need to. Upon check out we will require basic details to accept your online payment and enable us to contact you in an unlikely event of changes to your scheduled flight time. Your details are secured and never shared to a third-party company.

The quickest and simplest way to book and pay for your flight is on this website. We have a secured payment platform and your tickets will be issued immediately. You can also visit our offices in Dar Es Salaam‚ Zanzibar‚ Arusha and Mombasa-Kenya to pay in either cash or credit card in any equivalent currency. Only 1 pc of check in luggage allowed (55 cm X 35 cm X 20 cm). No Oversized suitcases allowed to be checked in due to limitation of aircraft hold space. No Trolly bags or oversized backpacks allowed on board as hand luggage due to minimum overhead compartment space.

Our Serengeti flights are operated with smaller aircrafts. We do not have axcess to any extra luggage and this will be subject to availability. However‚ for flights to Arusha‚ Dar and Mombasa‚ refer to our Terms and Condition page for cost of excess baggage.

Tanzanian Civil Aviation Law requires you to present a valid photo ID in any form (National ID‚ Valid Passport or Driving License for domestic flights) and Passport for International Flights.

We are happy to assist all our clients and understand that plans change and emergencies occur. If you need to make a change‚ please contact us and we will be happy to help with a small booking change fee.

In the unlikely even that we have to change or cancel your flight due to unforeseen event or problem with technical or weather‚ one of our airport managers will contact you and arrange the most suitable alternative seat on another airline at no extra cost. Alternatively‚ we will offer you a full refund. We do not take responsibility of your onward connections/journey with a 3rd party airline.

Un accompanied child (under the age of 10 yrs. old) can travel within Dar Es Salaam‚ Arusha and Mombasa only. We have UM services and our cabin crew will be available to take care of the child on entire journey.

We have several types of aircraft that we operate on our schedule flights depending on the load factor. All our normal flights are operated by a larger aircraft (ATR72-500/EMBARAER120ER) and most of our Serengeti flights are operated by smaller aircraft (Cessna Caravan/Beech 1900C) kindly have a look at our “fleet” page for more information on our fleet.

We generally do not accept pets on board for the comfort and safety of all our passengers. However‚ we may be able to assist in special circumstances. Please contact our Team for further information if you wish to travel with a pet and you will be guided accordingly.
